our rooms

concon is a house with 20 small rooms, tucked in a small quiet alley amidst the pedestrianized street that is always busy, no matter day or night. concon was built distinctively and meticulously with sloped roofs, each room is a separate house cluttered alongside each other, all in one big house. With special architecture, we wanted to recreate those small sprawling houses, which are a quintessence in the small alleys of Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

windy extra room

The airy, breezy rooms make you forget you're in a small house at the end of a narrow alley. The rooms are more spacious, featuring a small balcony, two large windows, and a big, cozy bed.

Cozy is a room on the first floor, close by the neighbors next door. You can feel the life of everyone in the Noi Mieu alley, even if you are just in your room.

Rooms tucked in the back have three small windows, which were cleverly designed by the architecture.

concon story

Hanoi has numerous little alleyways, secret passages and long paths of peaceful intervals in between the chaos and disorder. The old Noi Mieu alley was an open alley, from there people can reach Hang Ngang, Hang Dao, Hang Duong, Hang Bac, and Hang Buom. From being quiet, rusted and reserved...suddenly erupted into commotion. The commotion then falls back into silence. Then the old silences have been buried through time and urbanization. Now, from Noi Mieu alley, we can only 'pass by' other streets by looking through small windows that open like eyes. Hanoi Old Quarter is recreated in concon house.
